You need a planner. Seriously. So, we partner with the area's leading professional wedding planning team to provide complimentary 90-day event coordination for every couple. (This is HUGE!)

OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Inquiry

You’re ready to see the venue in person and talk face-to-face about your wedding must-haves and learn about how the Hazelwood experience will bring that vision to life.




Step 2: Schedule Your Tour

Once your tour solidifies your decision, we send you a proposal for your desired date. We continue to encourage you to ask questions. You will pick your package, sign your contract, and make your initial deposit: the date is yours!



Step 3: Book Your Date

You’ll receive an arsenal of resources right away. Your planner will schedule a kickoff call. So much happens over the course of planning your wedding, and our team is here for you the entire way. Supportive, consistent care and communication: it’s our specialty! 




Step 4: Planning Phase

You show up and get to be present for the entire day while our team handles everything behind the scenes on your behalf. From setup to seamless schedules, your planner ensures you and your family don’t lift a finger!
