At Hazelwood, we want to provide you with all of the furniture you need for your event. From tables and chairs to a wedding arch, we have you covered. 

Below you will find a list of all of our included furniture and other items we include for you to use on your wedding day. This will help you visualize your floor plan and get a better idea of what the space will look like on your day!

The newest addition to our list of included furniture is a double-sided, The two-sided backdrop was custom-made locally and fits perfectly in the back corner of the venue, covering the back door frame overlooking the dance floor, or on a side wall. The backdrop sits atop a sturdy wood base with a weighted bottom so it cannot tip over. For indoor use only. FURNITURE LIST

CUSTOM-MADE BACKDROP

Side 1: wood with floating shelves

Dimensions: 7'w x 7'9"h

• There are three sizes of shelves to choose from (either using all of the same size or a mixture of all three sizes)
• Three shelf sizes are: 5 inches, 7 inches, and 9 inches
• 15 shelves total
• Shelves are easily removable and do not need to be used (i.e. if you only want to use 10 shelves)

Side 2: white with WHITE metal grid

Dimensions: 7'w x 7'9"h

• This opposite side is wood that has been painted white and the grid is painted to match.
• Grid is slightly raised from the back of the wall which gives plenty of room to add hooks and zip ties for flowers, signs, etc.

what does all-inclusive mean?

Yes! Hazelwood is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from Gettysburg hotels, restaurants, and transportation accommodations. Hanover and York accommodations available, too. Booked couples receive a Local Resource Guide with TONS of details to help you plan!

Adam is our systems expert: he’s our mastermind behind contracts, emails, and all of the essential behind-the-scenes work. Combined, we guarantee fast communication, clear answers, and personalized approach to working with each of our couples.

After you receive your custom proposal, you simply let us know your desired date and we will send you the contract! You sign your contract and put ⅓ of your total investment down and the date is officially yours!

All vendors (catering and bartenders as well as photographers, florists, DJs, etc.) are hired directly by you. Hazelwood does not supply any in-house vendors.

Our pricing and packages are all-inclusive, meaning there are no additional fees, requirements, or taxes of any kind. Your Hazelwood venue rental includes a wedding planner plus all of the furniture you'll need for a wedding (i.e. custom-made farmhouse dinner tables, reception chairs, separate ceremony chairs, accent tables, high-top tables & bistro seating for cocktail hour, etc.).
