At Hazelwood, we want to provide you with all of the furniture you need for your event. From tables and chairs to a wedding arch, we have you covered.
Below you will find a list of all of our included furniture and other items we include for you to use on your wedding day. This will help you visualize your floor plan and get a better idea of what the space will look like on your day!
The two-sided backdrop was custom-made locally and fits perfectly in the back corner of the venue, covering the back door frame overlooking the dance floor, or on a side wall. The backdrop sits atop a sturdy wood base with a weighted bottom so it cannot tip over. For indoor use only.
Please see your Design Guide (located on your Resource Page) for ideas for how to decorate the backdrop and repurpose your ceremony florals to the backdrop!

CUSTOM-MADE BACKDROP
Side 1: wood with floating shelves
Dimensions: 7'w x 7'9"h
• There are three sizes of shelves to choose from (either using all of the same size or a mixture of all three sizes)
• Three shelf sizes are: 5 inches, 7 inches, and 9 inches
• 15 shelves total
• Shelves are easily removable and do not need to be used (i.e. if you only want to use 10 shelves)
Side 2: white with WHITE metal grid

• This opposite side is wood that has been painted white and the grid is painted to match.
• Grid is slightly raised from the back of the wall which gives plenty of room to add hooks and zip ties for flowers, signs, etc.
