Hazelwood is an intentionally-designed modern venue located in the stunning Pennsylvania countryside featuring extensive, all-inclusive venue amenities. Everything you see is included.

We partner with the area's leading professional wedding planning team to ensure you have the most enjoyable, stress-free experience possible. Why? Because planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, and you deserve a team of experts to support you!

Hazelwood is a modern, climate-controlled venue with a bright, clean interior featuring unique chandeliers, white walls, black accents, and tons of natural light. Any style and any color palette you envision works here. Your venue is preserved as the backdrop for all of your memories: you want to love the look and feel of your space!

1. We're not a barn or a ballroom

All of our furniture and custom display pieces are included. You have extensive venue amenities here like two Preparation Suites, indoor restrooms, and a generous 14-hour rental so you can spend the entire day on-site. You don’t want to be surprised: everything you see in the venue is included with no taxes or add-ons. 

2. All-inclusive venue amenities

We partner with Blake Events, an award-winning, experienced planning team. They provide you with kickoff support including vendor recommendations and budget planning, 90 days of pre-wedding coordination, and day-of coordination: from set up, to ceremony, to reception. You will relax and depend on your planner for all of the logistics so you and your family can enjoy your entire day.

3. You get to work with a wedding planner

Hazelwood is nestled on 18 acres of private land and features beautiful outdoor locations, including built-in rain plans. Two covered, open-air patios means you have options to do everything outside (no need for a "plan b" here!).

We are hands-on venue owners: we guarantee quick responses, helpful reminders, and thoughtful service. Because your wedding is a big deal, and you deserve a team you can trust.

OUR PROCESS

Step 1: Inquiry

You’re ready to see the venue in person and talk face-to-face about your wedding must-haves and learn about how the Hazelwood experience will bring that vision to life.




Step 2: Schedule Your Tour

Once your tour solidifies your decision, we send you a proposal for your desired date. We continue to encourage you to ask questions. You will pick your package, sign your contract, and make your initial deposit: the date is yours!



Step 3: Book Your Date

You’ll receive an arsenal of resources right away. Your planner will schedule a kickoff call. So much happens over the course of planning your wedding, and our team is here for you the entire way. Supportive, consistent care and communication: it’s our specialty! 




Step 4: Planning Phase

You show up and get to be present for the entire day while our team handles everything behind the scenes on your behalf. From setup to seamless schedules, your planner ensures you and your family don’t lift a finger!
