A: Hazelwood can comfortably hold up to 150 guests.
Q: Are there nearby hotels and accommodations?
A: Yes! Hazelwood is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from Gettysburg hotels, restaurants, and transportation accommodations. Hanover and York accommodations available, too. Booked couples receive a Local Resource Guide with TONS of details to help you plan!

Q: How can I see the venue in person?
A: You can schedule your private, one-hour tour on our Book a Tour page! Weekday appointments available every week. Limited weekend tours: please email us if you need to request a time not listed on our tour booking form.
Q: What does all-inclusive mean?
A: Our pricing and packages are all-inclusive, meaning there are no additional fees, requirements, or taxes of any kind. Your Hazelwood venue rental includes a wedding planner plus all of the furniture you'll need for a wedding (i.e. custom-made farmhouse dinner tables, reception chairs, separate ceremony chairs, accent tables, high-top tables & bistro seating for cocktail hour, etc.).
