Includes 1-hour venue rental for up to 10 guests, ceremony coordination, use of indoor and outdoor venue locations for photos.)

You’ll receive an arsenal of resources right away. Your planner will schedule a kickoff call. So much happens over the course of planning your wedding, and our team is here for you the entire way. Supportive, consistent care and communication: it’s our specialty! 




Step 4: Planning Phase

You show up and get to be present for the entire day while our team handles everything behind the scene on your behalf. From setup to seamless schedules, your planner ensures you and your family don’t lift a finger!

what does an "all-inclusive venue" mean?

Yes! Hazelwood is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from Gettysburg hotels, restaurants, and transportation accommodations. Hanover and York accommodations available, too. Booked couples receive a Local Resource Guide with TONS of details to help you plan! 

Whether it's on your tour, on Instagram, or on your wedding day, you’ll notice Kate’s positive energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and overall excitement for your day and your details. Adam is our systems expert: he’s our mastermind behind contracts, emails, and all of the essential behind-the-scenes work. Combined, we guarantee fast communication, clear answers, and personalized approach to working with each of our couples.

You can schedule your private, one-hour tour on our Book a Tour page! Weekday appointments available every week. If needed: Sunday appointments available by request.

After you receive your custom proposal, you simply let us know your desired date and we will send you the contract! You sign your contract and put ⅓ of your total investment down and the date is officially yours!

Hazelwood makes it easy for our couples by curating eight of the area’s top-rated full-service caterers for you to choose from for your event. These eight caterers cover an array of budgets and styles including cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, served and buffet dinners, bartending, desserts, and other specialty services. Pricing starts at $35 per person. All alcohol must be serviced by licensed & insured bartenders-- which all of our caterers can provide. You are welcome to purchase your own alcohol or hire a separate company to purchase it for you.

Everything you need for your event to function is already here! Our packages are all-inclusive, meaning there are no additional fees to use our furniture, inventory, or venue amenities (and there taxes or service fees of any kind). Your Hazelwood venue rental includes all of the furniture you'll need for a wedding (i.e. custom-made farmhouse dinner tables, reception chairs, separate ceremony chairs, accent tables, high-top tables & bistro seating for cocktail hour, etc.). Plus a 14-hour rental, two Preparation Suites, indoor Restrooms, a Prep Kitchen, and private access to our 18-acre property for photos.

How does my coordination work?

Hazelwood partners exclusively with Blake Events to ensure you have the most stress-free experience possible. With 4 years and nearly 150 events together, the Blake Events team knows Hazelwood inside and out; and provides exceptional, streamlined service so our couples (and their families!) can enjoy their day without worrying about a thing (woohoo!). Based on your unique needs, you will choose the coordination service that best fits your vision.
