Our custom approach to working alongside our couples begins with the first visit and continues through the last dance. We want to take the stress out of your day, and we will be with you the entire way.
All of our services, coordination, furniture, and venue amenities are included with no additional taxes, hidden fees, extra service charges, or required add-ons of any kind. At Hazelwood, there is no gap between our inclusions and your investment. The pricing structure is all up-front and transparent so there is no guesswork.

All Hazelwood couples receive exclusive wedding coordination from Taryn Blake Events. TBE's services are included in your investment. Each Hazelwood couples receives:
• Client portal with to-do planning checklist
• Wedding budget tracking sheet
• Vendor recommendations, with some offering exclusive discounts to our couples
• Private portal to upload vendor contracts
• Experience of a planning team who have coordinated over 300 weddings with all 5-star reviews
• Vendor assistance pre-wedding. Even if you are outside of the 90-day coordination window, you may provide your vendors with our direct contact information for any details they need.
